We’re seeking a passionate leader to orchestrate every stage of this launch, from Go to market Strategy to dynamic execution. Join our team and help empower individuals with Vitiligo! As the launch lead, you’ll collaborate across sales, medical, regulatory, and market access functions, ensuring alignment and seamless progress. You’ll be empowered to design innovative campaigns, analyze markets and competitive landscapes, and guide omni-channel strategies to reach the right audiences. Your expertise will be critical in managing timelines, KPIs, budgets, and ensuring outstanding internal and external communication throughout pre- and post-launch activities.
You’ll work closely with global colleagues to localize strategies, share best practices, and champion continuous improvement. You will take charge of a cross-functional brand team, steer marketing communications, inspire field sales, and lead with vision and accountability.
