You will be responsible for leading a multi-country brand and communications initiative, working closely with global, regional, and local teams. JOBDESCRIPTION SENIOR BRAND MANAGER (MEDICAL NUTRITION) - INTERIM

As a Senior Brand Manager Europe (Medical Nutrition), you have the responsibilities to:

  • Increase market penetration and double business results in targeted therapeutic areas within three years;
  • Develop and deliver tailored, relevant content in each market, strengthening connections with HCPs and patients in areas such as Cancer Care and Frail Elderly Care;
  • Plan and deploy precisely timed content to engage HCPs and patients across priority health areas;
  • Create relevant, prioritized content that directly addresses the needs of target audiences;
  • Oversee rollout in Europe and provide guidance on brand positioning and visual identity to markets such as AMEA and Brazil;
  • Co-create campaigns with top agency partners, ensuring consistent, high-impact multi-channel initiatives that enhance brand presence.

REQUIREMENTS SENIOR BRAND MANAGER (MEDICAL NUTRITION) - INTERIM

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Master’s degree in Business or a related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare or consumer industries, with deep knowledge in brand strategy, digital marketing, project execution, and market impact;
  • A patient-centric mindset, ensuring all brand decisions resonate with patient needs and experiences;
  • Proven brand-building skills, with expertise in competitive positioning and high-impact content activation, including direct-to-patient media planning;
  • Strong commercial and analytical abilities, with experience capturing and acting on insights from both consumers and HCPs;
  • Extensive experience in launching and scaling brand strategies and cross-functional initiatives at local and global levels;
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, skilled in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams;
  • Multi-language proficiency (a plus).
