Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Senior Brand Manager at Oh Polly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s tone of voice, overseeing the customer experience, and working alongside marketing campaigns and product launches. You will be the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials, packaging, and communications align with Oh Polly’s identity. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, social media, and product teams, to ensure consistent messaging and maximise brand impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand Tone of Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Oh Polly’s values and personality.
  • Customer Profiling & Surveys: Conduct customer profiling and surveys to understand our target audience better, ensuring the brand resonates with current and potential customers.
  • Brand Guardian: Oversee all branding elements, including packaging, marketing materials, and communications, ensuring they reflect the Oh Polly brand guidelines and strengthen brand equity.
  • Campaign & Launch Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to coordinate successful product launches, collaborations, and photo shoots. Ensure all departments are aligned on key messaging and timelines.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) & Customer Experience (CX): Monitor and manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in partnership with the CX team to improve customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty.
  • Product & Buying Decisions Support: Provide valuable insights into product and buying decisions based on customer feedback, brand performance, and market trends to optimise product offerings and brand strategy.
