At Sobi, the work we do every day redefines the standards of care and transform the lives of people living with rare diseases.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Brand Lead to take full ownership of UK & Ireland marketing initiatives for one of Sobi’s most important brands — established in haematology, and on the cusp of a high-profile expansion into nephrology. You will lead cross-functional teams, steer national strategy, and collaborate closely with global colleagues to bring life-changing treatments to patients.
This is a pivotal opportunity to drive the success of a brand at the intersection of strong legacy and future growth — while representing the voice of the UK affiliate on the global stage. Occasional travel, including overnight stays and weekend work, may be required for congresses, training events and cross-market coordination.
The position is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being at the office 1 day per week as a minimum in Granta Park, Cambridge, reporting to the Business Unit Director – Haematology and Nephrology.

WHY JOIN US?

Here at Sobi, our mission and culture get us excited to come to work every day, but here are a few more reasons to join our team:

  • Emphasis on work/life balance
  • Collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth

  • Competitive compensation for your work
  • Making a positive impact to help ultra-rare disease patients who are in need of life saving treatments

We are a global company with over 1,900 employees in more than 30 countries and are committed to the societies where we operate.
