How you will make contributions that matter Step into a 12-month fixed-term role as Senior Brand Manager at a time of exciting growth and transformation. You’ll take ownership of the strategy, planning, and execution for our iconic Specialty Cheese brands, including Mersey Valley and Tasmanian Heritage, driving initiatives that shape the future of the category. In this role, you will: Lead and inspire a small team to deliver best-in-class brand strategies and activations. Champion cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution of new product development and market launches. Drive commercial outcomes through pricing and promotional strategies that strengthen category performance and market share. Influence retail decisions through range reviews and strategic discussions. Own P&L accountability, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value. About you You’re a seasoned brand leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Your blend of creativity and commercial acumen sets you apart, and you’re passionate about building brands consumers love. To succeed, you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager, ideally within FMCG. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of pricing dynamics and market drivers. Innovative thinking, balanced with data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across all levels. A track record of delivering results in brand management and complex project execution. A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to lead with confidence and clarity.
