About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of campaigns and partnerships that build emotional connection, elevate brand awareness, and reinforce Margaux’s voice in the fashion world. Reporting to the Director of Editorial and Special Projects, this person will play a key role in shaping how Margaux communicates across every touchpoint—from campaigns and collaborations to press communications and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer who can think holistically, act collaboratively, and execute beautifully. What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Campaign Development Partner closely with the Director of Editorial and Special Projects on the creation and execution of 360° brand campaigns that bring Margaux’s story to life across digital, retail, social, partnerships, and experiential channels. Collaborate cross functionally to build cohesive narratives around seasonal collections, collaborations, and product launches. Manage the annual brand marketing calendar—identifying key cultural moments, partnerships, and activations that reinforce Margaux’s positioning and voice. Communications, Editorial & Design Support Aid in the creation, editing, and distribution of press releases, media communications, and other external-facing materials. Partner with PR and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand storytelling across all earned and owned channels. Work cross-functionally to uphold and evolve Margaux’s aesthetic standards across written and visual assets. Channel Management & Execution Oversee the rollout of brand campaigns from concept through launch—briefing creative, managing production, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring on-brand execution. Collaborate with digital, e-commerce, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels. Support in-store activations, pop-ups, and events that bring the brand to life offline and foster community engagement. Insights & Optimization Leverage consumer insights, data, and market trends to inform marketing strategy and creative direction. Measure campaign performance to assess effectiveness and optimize future initiatives. Stay attuned to cultural and industry shifts, identifying new opportunities for brand storytelling and connection. Who You Are 5-7+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands. Proven ability to lead cross-channel campaigns that build brand equity and deliver measurable results. Strong creative sensibility and storytelling instincts; skilled at translating brand strategy into cohesive, elevated narratives. Excellent communicator and writer with experience supporting press communications and editorial content. Deep understanding of visual identity and creative execution; comfortable collaborating with design teams. Analytical and strategic mindset; data-driven yet intuitive. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Passionate about Margaux’s mission, aesthetic, and customer.
