As our Senior Brand Manager, you will propel the UW brand into the national consciousness by turning our narrative into "must-see" communications. What you’ll do: Orchestrate Disruptive Comms: Lead end-to-end delivery of game-changing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Champion Brand Thinking: Act as a strategic partner to Product and Proposition teams to bake brand strategy into new developments. Integrated Strategy Planning: Drive cross-functional planning to ensure a consistent and distinctive customer journey. Inspire Agency Partners: Brief and challenge teams to deliver work that is both strategically aligned and commercially effective. Marketing Effectiveness: Partner with channel leads to optimise spend and use post-campaign evaluations to ensure the "work works." Agile Experimentation: Foster a culture of active learning by identifying and scaling "disruptive" tactical experiments. Qualifications We put people first. Your technical skills and experience: 8+ years of experience delivering high-impact integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and consideration. Integrated thinking: A deep understanding of the full marketing mix and how to leverage diverse channels. Strategic influence: Proven ability to navigate matrixed environments and lead cross-functional teams. Agency leadership: Expertise in briefing and challenging internal and external partners to achieve creative excellence. Commercial judgement: The ability to interpret data and live insights to ensure marketing effectiveness. Market awareness: A strong pulse on current consumer trends and cultural behaviours.
