The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Urban Sports Club's fastest-growing business areas. You'll work with leading consumer brands, banks, insurers, and digital platforms to create partnerships that help thousands of people become more active.

As part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll have the opportunity to combine commercial thinking, partnership management, marketing, and operational excellence while helping shape the future of Urban Sports Club's B2B2C business.

What you will do

  • You identify, qualify, and develop strategic B2B2C partnership opportunities across diverse industries and international markets
  • You lead end-to-end partner onboarding, driving execution timelines across cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • You serve as the primary operational point of contact, managing long-term partner relationships, performance metrics, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • You collaborate with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to design, launch, and optimize co-marketing campaigns that drive member activation and retention
  • You track commercial KPIs, manage financial administration, and maintain precise documentation within internal systems
  • You drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, automating workflows, and scaling partnership management practices
  • You manage and optimize the App Catalog ecosystem, ensuring partner content, assets, and operational workflows deliver a seamless customer experience

  • You successfully launch new B2B2C partnerships on schedule while delivering a seamless experience for both partners and members
  • You drive ongoing partner engagement and satisfaction to achieve strong activation rates and sustained commercial success
  • You execute efficient co-marketing activations that yield clear, measurable growth and performance impact
  • You establish highly organized, scalable partnership operations that continuously optimize internal workflows
  • You maintain rigorous financial tracking and deliver precise performance reporting on a regular schedule
  • You oversee the App Catalog to ensure partner content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with high UX standards
  • You proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the overall B2B2C partnership portfolio
