Play a key role and be a key link
As our new Senior Brand Planning & Project Manager, you will play a key role in translating business strategy into creative execution. You will lead the team’s planning cycle, drive agile workflows, and ensure delivery on the most business-critical initiatives. Collaborating closely across departments, you will act as a key link between stakeholders, suppliers, and the Branding & Design team.
You will lead strategic initiatives such as our Brand Ambassador Program and Supplier Portfolio Performance Reviews, ensuring our brand activation efforts are timely, relevant, and scalable.
You will be part of a passionate and experienced team of brand managers, creative professionals, and system specialists, reporting to the Head of Branding & Design.
WHAT YOU BRING:
5+ years of experience in creative project management or brand-related roles.
Strong understanding of agile workflows and proficiency with project planning tools.
Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic, analytical, and structured mindset.
Exceptional communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
Experience managing creative suppliers and agency evaluation frameworks.
Confidence in facilitating meetings, mentoring colleagues, and presenting work at all levels.
Sharp attention to detail and ability to translate strategy into impactful execution.
Experience with brand ambassador programs is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is an advantage.

Lead the Branding & Design planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Lead and facilitate our agile setup, including daily standups, operational planning, workflow management, task tracking, and prioritization.
Manage and execute creative projects to a high standard and on schedule.
Oversee supplier portfolio and performance reviews, including contract management and governance.
Lead the Brand Ambassador Program – from innovation and planning to facilitation, training, execution, and evaluation.
