Job Description Turn sharp consumer, market, and competitor analysis into actionable brand strategies and frameworks that power breakthrough growth and differentiation. Author, maintain, and continually improve strategic playbooks and documentation, making sure the “how” and “why” of brand strategy are clear, accessible, and actionable for teams across the business. Design and continually optimize our brand ambassador strategy, owning the selection, integration, and future evolution of ambassadors who personify our mission. Define requirements for how our brands appear in the real world, initiating projects and partnering with Brand Marketing Managers and Designers to shape physical brand presence based on customer expectations and market intelligence. Plan, brief, and develop a creative strategy not just for headline advertising campaigns, but also for a full annual roadmap of impactful brand activations, empowering marketing managers to execute winning concepts. Collaborate as a strategic partner with cross-functional teams to ensure every initiative, digital, physical, and creative, is aligned and executed against a single, insight-driven vision. Track, synthesize, and communicate learnings from activations, ambassadors, and market performance, turning what works into best practices and new standards for the organization. Qualifications 6-8+ years’ experience in brand strategy, consumer/market insights, or strategic marketing (retail/automotive/FMCG/agency backgrounds all welcome). Proven skill in translating research and competitive analysis into frameworks, briefs, and operational direction for brand growth. Demonstrated ability to develop, document, and maintain clear strategic playbooks and resources for broad business use. Hands-on project leadership abilities with a passion for seeing strategies executed both digitally and in the real world. Experience with (or strong interest in) ambassador, sponsorship, or influencer programs and partnership activation. Exceptional communicator, able to inspire and influence stakeholders from field teams to C-level. Fluent English essential; German or further European languages are a strong plus.
