If you're ready to join us on our journey and share our passion, then let's create something amazing together ! Job Description Main challenge Join at a pivotal moment as we kick off the pre-production of a new ambitious PC/Console project. Your mission will be to design and build the foundations of our build, CI/CD, and release ecosystem from the ground up—ensuring that as the project scales, teams can turn code into stable, playable builds quickly, reliably, and at production scale. What it means on a daily basis • Define and implement the initial CI/CD architecture for a new Unreal Engine project • Establish the “golden path” early, before production complexity kicks in • Anticipate future scale constraints and design systems that won’t break under load • Work closely with early dev teams to shape workflows and tooling from day one • Set up robust build, cook, and packaging pipelines aligned with production needs • Define Perforce strategies (streams, branching, validation) that will scale with the project • Lay the groundwork for a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud) with scalability in mind • Build early automation and tooling to accelerate iteration during pre-production What success will look like • A solid, scalable CI/CD foundation established before full production • Teams can iterate quickly without being blocked by tooling or infrastructure • Clear and adopted workflows across engineering and production • No major rework of pipelines when the project scales • Build and release processes that evolve smoothly from pre-production to full production Who you would be working with • Game developers (programmers, technical artists) • QA teams • Production teams • Technical leadership (Tech Director, Leads) Where this role can take you • Technical ownership of a critical production system at studio level • Evolution toward Staff / Principal DevOps or Platform Lead roles • Strategic impact on how games are built and shipped Qualifications What you need to succeed • Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5.x build systems • Proven ability to design and operate CI/CD pipelines in production • Deep experience with Perforce (Helix Core): streams, branching strategies, workspace management • Ability to integrate and optimize Perforce within CI/CD pipelines • Advanced Python skills for automation and tooling • Experience operating hybrid infrastructures (on-prem + cloud) • Ability to design scalable AWS-based infrastructure, including auto-scaling strategies and cost optimization in production environments Who you are • You think in systems, not scripts • You prioritize reliability, clarity, and automation over manual processes • You are hands-on and stay close to technical details • You take ownership and naturally become the go-to expert • You care about developer experience and fast feedback loops • You are structured, pragmatic, and impact-driven Additional Information What we offer: • A fun and flexible work atmosphere with an iconic game studio • Clear creative direction and collaborative feedback • Fair compensation and a respectful, professional work relationship Work Model: Remote
