This is a rewarding and challenging role working collaboratively with the Building Management Committee and Owners Corporations to ensure their mixed-use site is managed and maintained to an excellent standard. Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to join our team in the Sydney CBD / Potts Point area. This is a long-term and stable career opportunity, supported by our Operations team and Head Office. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Strata Building Management or a related property/facilities management role Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, residents, and committees Emotional maturity, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage different personalities Excellent organisational and administrative skills A proactive and service-focused mindset, with resilience and attention to detail Key Responsibilities include: Managing contractors, consultants, and service providers Liaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members Implementing preventative maintenance programs Coordinating and responding to reactive repairs Scheduling statutory certifications and inspections of common property Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance Qualifications Proven experience in the strata industry is essential Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word) Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence, motivate, and lead a team Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude Additional Information What We Offer: Competitive salary package Opportunity to work on prestigious residential sites Loyalty Award Program and Exceptional Performance Award recognition Support from Operations Manager and Head Office Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm Uniform, desktop, and mobile phone supplied This is a full-time role.
