Mole Valley District Council’s Property & Regeneration Department is looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team and to lead major building projects and climate change initiatives across a variety of property types, our portfolio includes shopping centres, football stadium, listed buildings, officers, shops, offices and residential properties. There will also be an opportunity to work on regeneration projects.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU?

We are looking for someone you can demonstrate leadership, and extensive knowledge through substantial recent experience in:

• Project Management and Contract Management across a range of construction

projects

• Delivering a range of capital and revenue projects (with responsibility for their successful delivery)
• Budget management, contract administration, project management and delivery of construction projects
• Contracts for the provision of construction works and professional services
• Procurement and procurement procedures

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor/Project Manager/Contracts Manager (Member or Fellow of RICS or equivalent qualification/status essential)
• Evidence of continuous professional development
