JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS (desirable but not essential - support provided for those pursuing chartership)
• Minimum of 5 years’ building surveying experience within a private practice or consultancy
• Proven experience across both professional surveying services and project-based work
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and building regulations
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
