Role Overview
Application Form

Applications are invited for the position of Senior Building Surveyor, based at Council’s Administration Centre. The successful applicant shall be responsible to: -

• Process applications for Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates and Development Applications on behalf of Council.
• Undertake Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) functions on behalf of Council to ensure compliance with Development Consents, the Building Code of Australia and relevant standards.
• Undertake building compliance and enforcement functions on behalf of Council.
• Undertake Project Management roles on behalf of Council where no conflict exists with certification responsibilities.
