Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within Regulatory Operations in the Chief Operating Office to ensure compliance with the Regulation B Section 1071 (Dodd-Frank 1071) regulation.
The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued a new rule, Regulation B Section 1071 (Dodd-Frank 1071). This role is in support of Dodd-Frank 1071, which requires Wells Fargo to report protected class details on small business lending. This role will help shape how Wells Fargo ensures compliance of this new regulation. At the heart of this role is the goal to ensure Wells Fargo’s compliance with Dodd Frank 1071.
In this role you will:
- Execute the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges that require solid analytical skills including report creation, data trend analysis, and proficient knowledge of Business Execution
- Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports including associated reporting templates
- Write use case stories; organize and conduct testing of application, processes, procedures, and controls
- Conduct data trend analysis, prepare trend reports for multiple levels of leadership, and support related meetings
- Support efficiency, quality, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Partner and collaborate with key business partners including providing status updates, resolving issues, and coordinating the timely completion of monthly deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with leaders in developing and executing reports, presentations, project plans, policies, controls, and procedures
- Research and drive resolution of moderately complex data and reporting defects that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
- Provide support in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Utilize clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
