Then step into a Senior Business Administrator role where your skills keep our team organised, efficient, and focused on improving outcomes for the community.  As a Senior Business Admin, you will take accurate minutes for complex meetings involving vulnerable clients—such as safeguarding discussions, best interest meetings and case conferences—in line with relevant guidance, while also providing financial and administrative support to managers by resolving budget queries, maintaining accurate financial records and sharing clear financial information. You will support a range of projects by maintaining systems, updating documentation, carrying out research, organising events and reporting on progress. In addition, you will manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks including handling emails and calls, processing post, arranging meetings, maintaining diaries and contributing to improvements in office processes. When required, you will also draft emails and letters on behalf of colleagues.
