Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting directly to the Senior Strategic Advisor, this role will be responsible for:

  • ; Developing and continuously improving governance policies, processes and procedures to ensure organisational transparency and accountability.
  • ; Providing clear, accurate and timely advice to senior and executive leadership on complex and sensitive topics.
  • ; Preparing strategic and operational plans, performance evaluation reports, briefs, parliamentary submissions, and other documentation.
  • ; Delivering strategic internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to deal with complex and sensitive issues with tact and discretion.
  • Strong understanding of corporate strategy, governance, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies, aligning business activities to achieve strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
