MAKE AN IMPACT Job Description: Position Purpose Understand new and existing regulatory requirements from stakeholders and translate them into IT specifications to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Track and understand Transaction Reporting changes for Global Markets. Organize or participate in meetings to clarify requirements and available implementation options. Prepare detailed specifications for developers and other teams involved in the reporting process. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned changes; assist testers in preparing test cases and validating outcomes. Participate in or lead team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements. Train team members and facilitate knowledge transfer. Support IT enhancements and adoption of new patterns. Communicate progress and updates to sponsors and stakeholders. Contributing Responsibilities Support UAT testing. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Derivatives, especially OTC derivatives with Fixed Income & Equity underlying assets Understanding of F2B Trade Life Cycle, Clearing & Settlement Experience in Business Analysis Ability to write BRDs and FSDs Basic SQL knowledge Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting is an advantage Conceptual understanding of OTC products and Trade Life Cycle is essential Behavioral Skills (up to 4) Excellent oral & written communication Ability to synthesize and simplify information Team collaboration Results-oriented mindset Transversal Skills (up to 5) Ability to understand, explain, and support change Ability to manage or facilitate meetings, seminars, or training Analytical thinking Process development and adaptation Project management capabilities Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience About the Business Line / Function The Global Markets IT Regulatory Transaction Reporting team comprises approximately 50 members across Paris and India (PM, BA, DEV, QA). The team manages enhancements and maintenance of several Java-based applications responsible for reporting financial transactions to global regulators such as SFTR, EMIR, MIFID2, FCA, Dodd-Frank, Canada, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SMMD, MMSR, BOI, FINFRAG, and more. Operating under Agile/Scrum methodology and using DevOps tools, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to contribute to key regulatory IT initiatives within a dynamic global team.
