REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven track record of leading successful projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and experience using business analysis tools and techniques
• Strong Experience in develop BRD , SRS , Use Cases
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PBA is highly recommended
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
• Demonstrates a high level of Arabic and English language proficiency, both written and verbal, for clear and articulate communication with stakeholders.
• Transferable Iqama for NON-Saudi
• Ready to Join within 1 month (this’s mandatory not an optional)
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries
• Native Arabic Speaker (Required)
• Resident in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
