The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in the ANZ FP&A team, acting as a business partner to ANZ’s Business Lines and Support Functions and working closely with ANZ’s Finance Teams. How you’ll make a difference Playing a key role in supporting the annual plan and the monthly close/outlook & pipeline processes and monitoring the quality and integrity of data across our financial systems. Utilise business intelligence tools to provide the most efficient platform to produce one version of the truth reporting and analysis presented in the most value adding formats Assist with monthly reporting and commentary on actuals, capturing key variances, trends and risks/opportunities. Support the FP&A Director through provision of ad-hoc analysis, including effective presentation of data and insightful commentary and recommendations. Monthly review of ANZ’s pipeline sources, balances and activity for quality and accuracy, along with the provision of analysis/commentary capturing key wins, bookings and adjustments. Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and machine learning technologies. Develop process maps, requirements, and documentation for automation initiatives Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Accounting/Commerce/Finance degree or similar Previous experience with ERP, COGNOS/TM1 + Power BI Previous experience with AI-powered automation and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.).
