Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in Lucanet’s SaaS transformation. You’ll work within the Business Analysis department and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Your mission is to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals—while helping shape the future of financial performance management through AI-enhanced solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the full lifecycle of requirements management across multiple SaaS initiatives.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document Business, Stakeholder, Functional, Non-Functional, and Transition requirements.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, SRSs, FRSs, Use Cases, and User Stories.
  • Develop UML and BPMN diagrams to support shared understanding across teams.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and validate requirements with stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) to support business analysis activities.
  • Manage requirement changes throughout the SDLC using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Lead requirements validation and participate in functional reviews.
  • Support cross-functional teams in incorporating AI capabilities into financial reporting and performance management solutions.
