Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and manage business requirements for carrier programs and IT initiatives, ensuring traceability from business need to delivered solution.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to refine requirements, resolve ambiguities, and gather business insights for solution design.
• Map and analyze as-is business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized to-be processes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications that enable accurate solution design, development, and testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that delivered solutions meet documented business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and decision support throughout initiatives.
• Advise the business on relevant market, regulatory, and digital developments, and translate them into actionable improvement opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis standards, methods, and ways of working within the team, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues where needed.
