Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements from various cargo stakeholders.
• Analyze and support cargo processes including booking, acceptance, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and delivery.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Prepare requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Support system integrations and data analysis related to cargo operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
• Production support and assist users with system-related issues

Mandatory skills:

• Experience in the Air Cargo/Aviation domain.
• Knowledge of SkyChain Cargo System.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of end-to-end cargo operations and workflow processes.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and system implementations.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
