The role: Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join us for a fixed-term, 12-month opportunity starting late Jan/early Feb to help drive a major digital transformation within our Claims team. This initiative will reshape the way the team works, and you’ll be at the centre of it. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading business analysis for claims-focused initiatives, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and integration Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating these into clear, actionable requirements Facilitating workshops and discussions to drive process improvements in an Agile environment Analysing and documenting current- and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital and product solutions Supporting solution evaluation, user acceptance testing, and transition-to-operations activities Communicating complex ideas clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders We’re looking for someone with: 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including time spent in general insurance Technical understanding of API mapping and system integration Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage expectations and bring clarity to complex problems Confidence in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and modelling processes and data Experience working in an agile environment A collaborative, engaging communication style that builds trust quickly What we offer: We’re proud that we’re a bit different from regular insurance companies – knowing it’s our people and their relationships who make that difference.
