Your opportunity As our Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the definition, documentation and coordination of onboarding for the For Life program. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and develop role-specific onboarding and induction content and Standard Operating Procedures in partnership with instructional designers. Reporting to the For Life Program Manager you’ll apply strong judgement, systems thinking and stakeholder management skills to navigate complexity, align priorities and deliver clear, practical outputs that support business readiness and change. With integrity and resilience, you will: Define role-based onboarding and induction requirements across diverse roles and tailor onboarding by position Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather, validate and document business requirements Map and document new onboarding processes and Standard Operating Procedures Analyse processes, data and artefacts to identify risks, opportunities and improvements Apply strategic judgement to balance competing stakeholder needs and priorities Engage extensively with operations, village and project teams, vendors, systems and Digital & Technology teams Coordinate and drive delivery of documentation, process and onboarding outputs Develop high-quality documentation including business processes, procedures and flowcharts Support implementation where required Contribute to training, coaching and documentation to support change in collaboration with Change Managers Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, security and organisational standards Contribute to a strong safety culture in line with WHS and WHSIMS requirements What you’ll bring You are a senior, people-centred Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments and brings clarity, structure and empathy to stakeholder engagement. You are confident navigating ambiguity and influencing outcomes without formal authority. You will also need: 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering business projects Proven experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops and discussions Ability to apply systems thinking, sound judgement and prioritisation High-quality documentation and writing skills with strong attention to detail Ability to navigate complex or politically sensitive environments with diplomacy Experience contributing to business cases, discovery phases and solution design Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams Ideally, you will also have: Experience in aged care, community services, hospitality or customer service environments Experience supporting end-to-end implementations including testing, training and transition Why Anglicare?
