Responsibilities
  1. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  2. Document current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) business processes, identifying areas for automation or reengineering
  3. Collaborate with teams to align services with backend systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Finance, SCM)
  4. Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile development teams
  5. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design intuitive workflows and employee-friendly screens
  6. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure feature delivery aligns with priorities
  7. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and manage expectations
  8. Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases, coordinating test sessions, and documenting feedback
  9. Ensure new features and digital processes comply with HR laws, government policies, and audit standards
  10. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on progress, business value, and post-implementation review
