Goto ventures has recently seen continued growth in the utilities sector with the adoption of Net Zero & AI among businesses and the need for implementation of renewable technologies.
We are embarking on an ambitious roadmap to integrate Generative & Agentic AI into our platform and professional services, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to support us during this exciting phase of development. This role provides a unique opportunity to dive into the world of AI within a strategic consulting context, ideal for those with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and its business applications. This role will play a significant part in our transformational AI portfolio of work within the firm. You will be part of the extended leadership team to influence and drive forward strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Consulting industry and/or in SaaS or Enterprise software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and related areas.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Leverage Generative & Agentic AI to support the creation of several business-specific libraries, tools and analytics for client applications
• Participate in the discovery and development of our AI tools, collaborating closely with users and consulting partners to research, understand, and analyse their needs and requirements.
• Help develop our innovative Smart energy consultant, an AI agent that provides expert feedback and contextual suggestions to Clients on their Net Zero Plans. You will help to rigorously evaluate the behaviour of this agent, and participate in experimentation and testing phases.
• Lead and support in prompt engineering tasks to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI generated responses.
• Work closely with different teams - such as Consulting, Product Management, Design, and Engineering - to understand how to best integrate AI in business services.
• Proactively keep up-to-date with AI trends and advancements in technology.
• Assist in the planning and execution of our AI Roadmap, aligning short-term activities and long-term vision.
• Lead AI Discovery: Proactively identify and assess AI opportunities, conducting thorough analysis to determine feasibility and potential benefits, focusing on driving business value and efficiency.
• Solution Design & Development: Create detailed requirement documentation and define requirements for AI solutions, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers.
• Stakeholder Management & Change Implementation: Manage stakeholder engagement, leading change management activities, including training, to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of AI projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and coordinating testing with operational and technology teams.
• Relationship Building & Continuous Improvement: Cultivate strong relationships with business partners to identify and pursue future AI opportunities.
