Role : SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (BA) / SOLUTION-INTEGRATION ARCHITECT (SA)
Location : REGINA, SK

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Analyze high-level requirements and create complex solution designs, mapping business value additions and consulting on systems and integrations throughout corporate projects.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE solution models, oversee business process simplification and re-engineering, and ensure alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business units for project resource estimation and provide consulting across the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), staying current with technological advancements.
Produce comprehensive documentation, including business process workflows, functional design documents, use cases, wireframes, and Business Analysis Plans, while leading requirements teams and mentoring junior staff.
Liaise among business stakeholders and technical teams, critically evaluate and model requirements, manage documentation and traceability, and ensure accurate requirement interpretation and knowledge transfer before contract completion.
Skills and Experience
The role requires a minimum of four years of recent experience in Senior Business Analysis and Solution-Integration Architecture, with exposure to platforms such as 5G, Salesforce, ServiceNow, webMethods, IFS, IQGeo, and Telecommunications Network Planning Applications considered an asset.
Key competencies include business process re-engineering to streamline and automate operations, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for developing and adapting systems, and the capacity to elicit, translate, and document business and technical requirements. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and engage stakeholders, as well as experience in risk analysis and designing complex, integrated systems across enterprise, systems, and data architecture. Experience in managing multiple projects and client relationships is essential, with preferred recent experience in North American telecom networks.

Technical Domain
Knowledge in IS Data Centre technologies (servers, storage, OS, networking) and Telecommunications/ICT including wireline, wireless, and network convergence is essential.

Experience with various applications and platforms is important, including Astra, ATG/Endeca, Artificial Intelligence technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning), Billing Revenue Management (BRM), Cloud services, Genesys, Identity and Access Management (IdAM), IFS (Field Service Management), Integration APIs, IQGeo (Geospatial Software), Microsoft tools (Business Intelligence, Power Automate, SharePoint), Order Service Management (OSM), Salesforce CRM, SAP, ServiceNow, UiPath, and webMethods.

The role encompasses knowledge of business processes such as Billing Management, Call Centre operations, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eCommerce, Integration, Operational Support Readiness and Systems, Product Launch, Self-Serve, Service Order Management (Orchestration and Provisioning), and Workforce Management (WFM).
Education & Certification Requirements
Candidates must have completed post-secondary education in fields such as Business Administration, Commerce, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from recognized institutions. Professional certifications required include the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or the Information Systems Professional (ISP) designation, each with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Additional certifications such as CISSP, CSM, PMP, or TOGAF are considered valuable for this combined role
