BAE Systems’ Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Business Area is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst in to join our Program Management team in Reston, VA. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering cross domain solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design solution meeting NSA requirements with assigned engineer
  • Provide customer strategic interface to cross domain solutions
  • Leverage current customer base for additional new opportunities
  • Knowledge of DoD and IC customer hierarchy and key decision makers
  • Customer requirements gathering and technical writing for proposals
  • Previous work in Systems Integrator, VAR, Distributor channels
  • 50% travel to customer sites CONUS and OCONUS
  • Working knowledge of cross domain solutions
  • Customer intimacy and opportunity collection at trade shows
  • Participation at company trade shows
  • Manage monthly/quarterly and annual sales closures
  • Manage customer ROM/Quote requests
  • Manage forecasting via Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quota

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Security Solutions knowledge
  • Cross Domain Access and Transfer knowledge and understanding of software and hardware solutions
  • Interpersonal Skills to present to senior government officials
  • Ability to obtain TS+ clearance

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years experience
  • Previous military or IC background
  • Current TS+ clearance
  • Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions
