Roles & Responsibilities

Lead analysis : Gather deep business requirements through stakeholder workshops and data studies. Process design : Map out workflows and re-engineer systems to boost efficiency. Bridge teams : Act as the main link between business operations and IT developers. Report insights : Create data reports and business cases for senior leaders. Mentor team : Guide junior analysts and set best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst.
• Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
