Key Responsibilities


  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews with government entities to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all deliverables align with government policies, regulatory standards, and legislative frameworks applicable in Dubai and the wider UAE
  • Process Reengineering (BPR): Analyze current operational workflows (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be) to enhance government performance and service delivery speed
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between government clients, technical teams, and project managers, facilitating requirement sign-offs and managing changes smoothly
  • Agile Support: Translate complex business requirements into clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to support development teams working within Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and participate in UAT execution to validate that developed systems meet both government regulatory standards and practical business needs
