ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related
Up to 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst or similar
Advanced level of English, both written and oral
Proficiency in PL/SQL: Demonstrated expertise in PL/SQL, namely efficient data retrieval and manipulation
Experience with Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including participation in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to address them effectively
Ability to collaborate and prioritize business needs
