Project/Client: Fintech Location: Lithuania Start date: ASAP Seniority: Senior Language: English Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term fintech project focused on innovative payment solutions. This role centers on gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating effective communication between business and technical teams, and driving the successful delivery of payment initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Define sprint scope, manage backlog, document acceptance criteria, and ensure UAT sign-off Elicit, analyze, and validate business and system requirements for payment solutions Support integration testing to validate end-to-end payment flows and third-party interactions Maintain clear and structured documentation (use cases, process flows, business rules) Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects Strong expertise in payment systems and workflows Proven experience with UK Open Banking (TPP integration) Practical knowledge of using digital certificates like OBWAC, OBSEAL, eIDAS (current project focus) Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Superior English communication and documentation skills (must-have) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively 👍English: upper-intermediate 🌍 Location: Lithuania 📩 Ready to Join?
