REQUIREMENTS:

Completed studies and/or further training in business administration, business informatics or a similar field
Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering (at least 5 years)
Structured and independent working style, preferably in an agile environment
Communicative, team-oriented, consensus-oriented and customer-oriented personality
Previous knowledge in the insurance sector
Motivation to work with agile working methods and to help shape changes
Scrum Certification
SAFe knowledge
Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage

MAIN TASKS:

As a maternity cover, you will be part of an agile, interdisciplinary team and the Process Sales department, which drives the modernization of the company’s sales systems.
The focus of your job is on supporting and further developing the sales process for internal and external users of non-life insurance.
Within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), you will be part of an interdisciplinary agile team comprised of business and IT representatives, helping to further develop our processes. We rely on your openness in dealing with people and your ability to actively identify optimization potential and initiate improvements.
