• Discovering and documenting current-state processes to a standard that could support a system improvements and efficiency identification
• Running stakeholder workshops and structure the output
• Validating documentation against practice, not just interviews
• Maintaining documentation
• Surface governance and policy gaps

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong Process/business analysis background, comfortable working directly with, and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Extensive experience with process documentation as guides, process maps, and flow charts (descriptive and visual), preferably using screen-recording/process capture tools such as Scribe.
• Experience creating business and technical specifications
• Process analyst experience with ERP, CRM, and middleware systems
• Proficient with AI tools for analysis and documentation drafting
• Quick to pick up unfamiliar systems
• Comfortable testing what's written against what's actually done
