About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide high-level technical expertise across complex superannuation insurance queries. In this role, you’ll deep-dive into product rules, data issues and processes to ensure consistent, accurate outcomes for our clients. You’ll also support product enhancements, system changes, and insurance-related migrations while contributing to a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Investigate, analyse and resolve complex queries in line with fund rules and SLAs. Lead or support insurance-related product development, enhancements, and transitions. Identify, prevent and resolve complex data and product issues, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Partner with IT, auditors and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions. Contribute to insurance-related functional specifications, testing and quality assurance activities. Drive process improvements aligned with the Quality Framework and promote risk awareness. Provide coaching and guidance to peers to help achieve team objectives. Build strong relationships across teams and business units to support client and organisational goals. About You You will bring: Strong knowledge of superannuation products and administration processes. Proven experience in business analysis, with the ability to interpret complex technical and business requirements. Ability to lead small team of Business Analysts. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and risk-management capabilities. High attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing business needs. Communication / stakeholder engagement across internal/external stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or a related discipline.
