About the role: As a Senior Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will be translating complex operational pain points into structured automation workflows. Your primary focus is to bridge the gap between technical observability and business ROI, ensuring that AI agents and automation suites covering everything from phishing triage to license harvesting deliver measurable efficiency gains across the organization. The Client is one of the world’s largest ferry operators, providing passenger and freight transportation across Northern Europe and parts of the Mediterranean - the company operates a large network of ferry routes connecting major ports and plays an important role in European logistics and tourism.
