Salary Details: The salary range for this position is CAD $45.48/Hr. - CAD $65.38/Hr. Job Summary:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduation from a recognized degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics or Engineering with five to seven (5 to 7) years of recent, related experience in healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving.
  • General knowledge of current health care systems, issues and trends.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, critical thinking and effective decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve complex issues towards effective solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and summarize/share findings using a data storytelling approach.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key internal and external partners to promote and enhance services provided with sensitivity to diversity and indigenous lens.
  • Practices the recognition, inclusion and support of all types and aspects of diversity at all stages of engagement, with an understanding of the issues faced by people from equity-deserving groups.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization, including advanced report presentation and writing skills.
