ABOUT THE ROLE…

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with long-term goals. You’ll collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to design and implement impactful solutions, while mentoring others and championing business analysis best practices across the organization.

Strategic Requirements Management

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to define complex business needs
• Translate challenges into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Prioritize based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Ensure traceability of requirements across the full solution lifecycle

Enterprise Process Optimization & Solution Design

• Conduct enterprise-wide process analysis to identify systemic inefficiencies
• Co-create future-state models with stakeholders and vendors
• Build compelling business cases and evaluate vendor proposals
• Ensure solution designs meet regulatory, risk, and cybersecurity standards

Project Leadership, Governance & Capability Building

• Contribute to project steering committees and governance bodies
• Lead business analysis efforts in complex, cross-functional project teams
• Oversee requirements validation, solution testing, and change request management
• Coordinate go-live readiness, user training, and post-implementation reviews
• Mentor resources and guide teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies in Business Analysis
• Support Lean delivery teams by promoting iterative delivery and continuous feedback

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication

• Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Deliver strategic roadmaps, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Influence decisions through storytelling, structured negotiation, and consensus building
