• Lead discovery and definition engagements across a diverse set of clients and industries
• Turn ambiguity into clarity through structured problem solving, process mapping, and customer insight generation
• Partner with Technology and AI specialists to make complex technologies digestible and business-relevant
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, and strategy consultants to deliver integrated customer and product strategies
• Define business requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps across large-scale transformation programs
• Communicate findings and recommendations with clarity to stakeholders from frontline to C-suite
• Play a key role in proposal development, pre-sales, and client engagement strategies
