Senior Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about data, finance, and regulatory reporting? Then this position is for you. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to a Shared Data Ecosystem dedicated to capital, risk, and regulatory reporting, supporting large-scale finance and risk programs within a complex IT landscape. Build side: You will actively contribute to the design and evolution of reporting solutions: Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders Translate requirements into User Stories and functional specifications Contribute to the implementation of reporting and data access solutions Participate in solution design around Finance, Risk, and Regulatory reporting Support validation phases with end users Document processes, solutions, and functional behavior Run side: You will ensure the reliability and continuity of production activities: Monitor monthly and quarterly closing processes Analyze incidents and data issues, propose short-term workarounds and long-term fixes Provide functional and production support to internal users Follow up incidents, requests, and reporting activities with strong reactivity Participate in on-call duties when required (nights/weekends) Ensure proper release and deployment into production environments This is your background You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in demanding financial or reporting environments. You enjoy working close to the business, understanding complex data flows, and turning requirements into concrete, value-driven solutions. You are curious, analytical, and motivated by environments where technology, finance, and collaboration intersect. This is your career path.
