• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and methodologies.
• Degree in Information Technology or Sciences.

• Organize and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve business process issues across multiple business lines.

• Develop familiarity with the existing system landscape to inform future solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive project estimates and effectively communicate requirements.
