WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS:
Operational Finance’s key objectives are to support UNSW with core system and transactional (operational and general accounting) activities, and work towards standardised processes with continual improvements in systems and process to support UNSW financial management integrity and strategy.
The Senior Business Analyst (BA) – Continuous Improvement (CI) is responsible for driving the advancement, standardisation and streamlining of financial processes and systems and their integration to improve operations, customer experience and quality of deliverables. The focus of this role is to work closely with key stakeholders and process SMEs to evaluate end-to-end financial processes, understand business requirements and process variations in order to streamline and implement standardized processes and automated solutions, in accordance with UNSW policies, ensuring appropriate controls and compliance are in place.
The Senior Business Analyst – CI reports to the Associate Director, Operations & Continuous Improvement and has no direct reports.
