About the Role We’re looking for strong intermediate and senior level Business Analysts to join our team and own outcomes with a dedicated customer. You’ll utilize your SDLC expertise along with your general all-round awesome BA skills. This role will involve analytical business analysis, requirements gathering and influencing decisions within the Software Engineering and digital space. You will likely be responsible for leading multiple platform and application development teams, coordinating and scheduling team meetings, measuring progress and monitoring team performance along with your Delivery Manager. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments and understand key inter-team dependencies. What you’ll do: Establish and drive requirements gathering activities Organise and facilitate requirements workshops Create user personas and user journeys Creating documentation i.e. use cases, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership team to ensure value is being created and delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained. Influencing change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace. Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution Providing support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos and other related team meetings. About you: Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience and requirements on technically-lead projects. And of course, a key aspect being your ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business.
