Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis and Planning: Assist the SVP in ensuring that WPOE initiatives are aligned with strategic organizational goals and objectives, providing insights to support decision making and initiative implementation.
- Initiative Management: Oversee and coordinate various initiatives, coordinating with various department and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan and timely execution. Manage and monitor the progress of various initiatives, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, support strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement, supporting evidence-based decision making.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational productivity and effectiveness. Support the implementation of process improvements throughout the organization. Implement change management best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure buy-in for initiatives. Facilitate communication with other departments to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to the SVP and other stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Monitor the progress of initiative implementation to ensure the WPOE department is meeting its goals. Recommend improvements for more effective initiative implementation.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in engineering consulting firms, implementing work processes, change management, project management, risk analysis, project scheduling, and project budgeting.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
