In this strategic role, you will lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. You will work across global teams to modernize data capabilities, drive AI adoption, and accelerate digital transformation across multiple business functions. Acting as a bridge between business needs, analytics potential, and emerging technologies, you will shape use cases that deliver measurable business value. Your contribution will directly influence decision-making, operational efficiency, innovation, and long-term competitiveness. \n Accountabilities Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products and automation solutions across operations, sales, marketing, and digital teams. Identify, prioritize, and shape high-value AI and advanced analytics opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. Build ROI-driven business cases and oversee success metrics from prototype to scaled deployment. Develop frameworks to manage and prioritize analytics and AI demand across business functions. Drive adoption of scalable data products and support the migration to modern data platforms. Lead retirement of legacy systems, defining KPIs for decommissioning and cost optimization. Execute AI literacy programs, training paths, and enablement initiatives to foster a data-driven culture. Build and animate an AI community of practice to share tools, best practices, and success stories. Ensure data readiness for priority AI use cases by resolving critical data gaps and aligning with governance standards. Promote responsible AI principles and establish KPIs and dashboards to measure AI performance and impact. Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and evaluate vendor or startup partnerships to accelerate innovation. Encourage controlled experimentation and scale high-potential ideas across regions and functions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; an advanced degree such as MBA or MS is preferred. At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics leadership, digital product management, or applied AI roles within complex environments. Proven experience delivering measurable outcomes through AI, automation, or digital transformation. Hands-on expertise with AI tools including large language models, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or Python scripting. Strong understanding of modern data systems such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SAP, or Salesforce. Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business narratives. Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrated success driving organizational change, data literacy, and AI enablement. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or sales and operations planning is an advantage. Solid grasp of cloud architectures, AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
