What You’ll Be Doing Data Model Strategy (80%) Lead impact assessments for data model changes across complex systems Map dependencies between custom-built and external platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Collaborate with architects to design scalable, disruption-free data models Develop migration strategies and align models with enterprise data strategy Analytics & Systems Support (20%) Translate analytics requirements into technical specifications Design schema changes for enhanced reporting Support UAT and ensure seamless implementation of data enhancements Cross-functional Collaboration Bridge communication between architects, developers, and business stakeholders Facilitate workshops and contribute to enterprise data strategy Champion data governance and quality initiatives What You’ll Bring 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience, with 5+ years in data systems Expertise in relational database design, SQL, and data modelling Hands-on experience with ETL, data warehousing (Snowflake preferred), and performance tuning Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API integrations, and Azure cloud Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences Agile mindset with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
