QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in FMCG or Retail field is mandatory
• Strong experience executing Data analysis in Excel (Mandatory)
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL
• Strong experience building storytelling and showing insights in PPT (Mandatory)

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Strong experience in PowerBI (is a plus)
• Experience working in the analytics field is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and should be a problem solver
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined with a “can do” attitude and to follow up on obtaining data, information, or validations from the client.
• Multi country / companies’ interactions with Decision Point team and the Client is daily
• Experience in exploratory Data Analysis for Modelling and Business Analysis using Python is a plus
