Role Overview This role is with a global leader in collaboration and productivity software, trusted by enterprises worldwide to power digital teamwork. We are looking for a Business Analyst with deep experience in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Marketplace apps) to act as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will define requirements, optimize workflows, support roadmap delivery, and ensure smooth adoption of technology solutions across the organization. Tools: Jira (JSM, Software), Confluence, Marketplace Apps: ScriptRunner, JMWE, JXL, Structure The role is remote, but preferred locations are Delhi NCR or Hyderabad. Responsibilities: Requirements & Analysis – Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs, document requirements, create user stories/acceptance criteria, and translate them into clear technical specifications. Process & Roadmap – Contribute to the product roadmap, analyze workflows, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Testing & Quality – Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, validate new features, and measure adoption and performance outcomes. Change Management & Training – Lead change management initiatives, create training materials, deliver sessions, and address user concerns to drive smooth adoption. Communication & Engagement – Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and updates, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Data & Market Insights – Analyze platform usage data, gather user feedback, and stay informed on industry trends, AI, and Atlassian ecosystem developments. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. Proven experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, and Marketplace apps). Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and change management. Experience with UAT, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
